Starting cake decorating just aged 13 and getting my first Bronze award aged 14, I have been hooked cake decorating ever since. After running a successful wedding cake business back in 2000 and winning several “Best in Shows”, I decided there was more to cake decorating than just creating cakes, so started to teach, and share my skills all around the world.
In 2002 I started writing articles for cake magazines like Squires Kitchen, Cakes & Sugar Craft and Wedding Cakes & Design Source, and now right for several cake and craft magazines like Cake Craft & Decoration Magazine, American Cake Decorating Magazine, and several other magazines well-known worldwide.
loved working on QVC TV and Create and Craft TV and becoming Create and Craft TV Ambassador for 3.
Also became a fully trained international Judged in 2012.
With nearly 30 years’ of experience in cake decorating I want to share my knowledge with you. I am so lucky to say my work is not working but a passion that I love.
I don't just create in sugar, I love ART, and all Crafts, experimenting with new products and pushing the boundaries of them to find out what they really can do is great fun and I want to share this with you through my YouTube and blog.
I design and sell products to help you create, and recommend good quality products to.

International Teacher and Demonstrator I have a passion for travelling and love to teach my skills all around the world.
I was trained to be an International judge in 2012 and now get invited to judge worldwide, I find this a huge honour and love to share through this experience.
My writing has been published in several national and international magazines and news papers including Cakes and Sugarcraft, Cake Decoration and Sugarcraft, Cake Decorating heaven, Airbrushing Step by Step, The Sun, and Many more.
I published my first sugar craft book “SUGAR SENSATIONS” in April 2010. It includes illustrations of my cakes and features six cutting edge celebration cakes and over 25 projects.
In September 2015 I released my second book called :
“AIRBRUSHING ON CAKES” with 10 stunning step by step projects, this book will help build your confidence in the Wonderfull art of airbrushing.
My third book :
“THE KEW BOOK OF SUGAR FLOWERS” Was published June 2018. I really enjoyed creating this book and going back to my first passion which is flowers. I show you how to create over 25 flowers and 10 different foliage’s. Bringing them together to make Christmas Sprays, Exotic Arrangement, wedding posy and wild flower cascade. I hope you enjoy this book as much as I enjoyed creating it!
