Approximately 2.5kg of fruit to be used including
currants, sultanas and raisins and
mixed peel. Glace cherries are optional.
To be baked in a
25cm /10″square tin.
To be displayed on a 12-inch square cake board, with a piece of baking paper in between the cake and board.

All baking entries need to be delivered to the venue between 9 am to 10 am on Wednesday 21 st of August at our venues reception.
